The challenge
At a large company, preparing an interface mockup takes days. Designers are overloaded while business analysts and managers wait their turn. A client sees the interface only after a designer has drawn it, and every revision starts another round of waiting.
The solution
Given a task description, Prompt Designer prepares three artifacts: an HTML interface prototype, a draft business analysis document, and test cases. Generation is based on structured data about the product, its screens, components, and user scenarios, so the result stays consistent with the existing system.
A business analyst can assemble a prototype during a meeting with the client, get feedback immediately, and pass an agreed version to the designer for refinement in Figma. The document and test-case drafts give specialists a ready starting point for review and refinement.
The solution is built on n8n, works through Telegram, and stores context in Google Sheets. Request processing, screen logic, and HTML prototype generation run as separate stages.
My role
I came up with the product and took it from an idea to its first use by colleagues: product discovery and interviews with business analysts, designers, and testers, UX design, architecture, development, user testing, demos, and training. I presented the project to the company’s shareholders.
Result
- 6th place out of 400 in the company’s internal AI project competition
- 3 artifacts from one task description: a prototype, a business analysis document, and test cases
- Part of the solution became part of a larger product development project
- Prompt Designer became the foundation for the SuperSlide corporate presentation generator
