SuperSlide is an AI product that creates corporate presentations using an internal LLM within the company’s secure environment. I took it from discovery and independent development through pilots, production rollout, and scaling.

• Reduced the time to create a first presentation draft from several hours to about one minute. Ran pilots with groups of 50–100 people and three rollout waves of roughly 1,000 users each; the potential audience is about 50,000 employees.
• Built a working version with AI agents in two weeks. The solution passed internal selection and was chosen for further development.
• Conducted interviews, surveys, and process analysis; validated hypotheses with working product versions.
• Defined positioning, roadmap, backlog, and prioritization based on user impact, effort, and technical risk.
• Defined product, user, and technical metrics: usage, retention, share of outputs requiring no manual edits, speed, latency, and reliability.
• Designed the LLM pipeline: the model creates the structure and selects slide types, while a deterministic engine calculates layout and generates an editable PPTX.
• Established AI quality evaluation using reference examples, user and expert reviews, and error and hallucination analysis.
• Wrote user stories and acceptance criteria, assigned work, and accepted delivery. Worked with engineers to adapt the product to the corporate stack and Kubernetes.
• Presented the product to executives and the steering committee, aligned security, infrastructure, and resources, and organized training and support. Built production code with AI agents and independent agent review.

Prompt Designer is an AI tool for product development that creates HTML interface prototypes, business-analysis documents, and test cases.

• Finalist in the company’s internal AI competition: 6th out of 400 projects. Part of the solution was incorporated into a larger initiative, and the experience became the foundation for SuperSlide.
• Enabled business analysts to build prototypes during stakeholder meetings and hand designers an already aligned version.
• Ran customer development with business analysts, designers, and QA specialists, including testing and feedback collection.
• Created structured product context—screens, components, and scenarios—so prototypes matched the existing system.
• Led demos, training, consultations, and early adoption support.
• Designed a multi-stage AI workflow in n8n with Telegram API and Google Sheets, separating request processing, logic design, and HTML generation.

Although formally a UX Designer, I effectively worked as a Junior Product Owner. I developed workflows for the corporate CRM, Severstal Market, a tax-information exchange system, and management dashboards.

• Led product discovery, researched processes and users, and shaped problems and hypotheses with business stakeholders.
• Converted research into user flows, user stories, requirements, and acceptance criteria.
• Built and refined the backlog and helped prioritize by user value, business impact, and engineering constraints.
• Designed solutions with analysts, engineers, and stakeholders and supported work from definition through acceptance.
• Defined metrics and designed executive dashboards with the Power BI team.
• Presented research, prototypes, and product decisions to stakeholders, teams, and executives.
• Research into contract preparation helped reduce the number of fields by about five times and the total cycle from one month to three days.

• From 2020, worked on CRM for complex B2B sales: leads, pipelines, customer and opportunity records, corporate groups, contracts, approvals, and role models.
• Conducted interviews, observation, task analysis, and moderated usability tests; used CJM and JTBD.
• Identified redundant actions, duplicate data entry, and difficult handoffs between systems and departments.
• Created user flows, mockups, and clickable prototypes in Figma and HTML following SAP Fiori Guidelines.
• Converted research into requirements and interface improvements and supported implementation and acceptance.
• Presented findings, prototypes, and recommendations to teams and executives.
