The challenge
In a large company, presentations are the main format for management communication: reports, plans, and proposals for leadership. Preparing one presentation takes three hours on average. Most of that time goes not into the content, but into formatting: breaking text into slides, choosing layouts, and bringing everything to the corporate standard. When thousands of employees make presentations, that adds up to tens of thousands of hours of skilled work every year.
The solution
SuperSlide turns text into a presentation in the corporate style in one minute. The system runs inside the company’s private perimeter on an internal language model, so data never leaves it.
The user enters a topic or source text and sets four generation parameters:
- visual style: the corporate layout library, creative mode, or generation from files;
- what to do with the source text;
- fidelity to the text: how closely to follow the source;
- text density on the slides.
One run produces a presentation of up to 20 slides.
When full control over the structure is needed, there is a manual mode: the user assigns a layout to each slide, and the system fills and assembles the presentation.
The finished presentation can be reviewed and rated slide by slide. User ratings become data for improving prompts and code. The result is exported as a native PPTX, where every element remains editable in PowerPoint.
My role
I created the product from scratch and led it from March to November 2026: research, product design, architecture, development with AI agents, user testing, and launch. Developer colleagues helped move the system into the private perimeter and significantly strengthen it.
Result
